Return and Refund PolicyAt Beauty Tings by Ash, we value your satisfaction and strive to provide high-quality cosmetic products. We understand that there may be instances where you wish to return an item or request a refund. Below, we outline our general return and refund policy, compliant with regulations across the United States.

1. General Return PolicyEligibility for Returns
  • Products are eligible for return within 14 days of receipt, provided they meet the following conditions:
  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • The product is not classified as a non-returnable item (see Section 3).
  • Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt) is provided.

How to Initiate a Return

Return Shipping Costs

2. Refund PolicyProcessing of Refunds

Exceptions for Health and Safety
  • For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used cosmetic products cannot be returned unless defective.
